In continuation of my Confidential Despatch of
the 27th. ultimo, I have the honour to inform you that the improve-
-ment in the situation as regards the boycott of the Tramway has
continued until now when the position can be regarded as entirely
satisfactory, the daily receipts being if anything over what might
have been expected in normal circumstances.
